Job Description and Compensation:
Working with the Department of Development and Public Relations, the intern will conduct research for project development related to the Galilee Society’s work in the fields of Environment, Health and Social Development. In each particular field, the intern will be expected to demonstrate professionalism, diligence, accuracy and highly refined analytic and writing skills. Together with the Director of Development and Public Outreach and the Resource Development Coordinator, the intern will contribute to all the organization’s English-language publications including brochures, reports, articles, newsletters and regular correspondence with donors and partners. Based on demonstrated capacities, position may include grant writing, organizing outreach events, program monitoring and reporting. The position is full-time (Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm) and offers a monthly stipend, as well as a full reimbursement of commuting expenses. The internship is for a minimum of 3 months with the option to prolong it for a year or more, based on performance and professional evaluation.
